Domestic Shipping
All shelf-pull lot orders are carefully packed and shipped within one business day after confirmed payment. Orders are shipped by 4:00 PM EST each day and delivered within 2-3 days. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. If you have any questions about shipping, you can contact customer.care@wholesaleninjas.com with your order number.
International Shipping
Wholesale Ninjas does not directly ship orders internationally. However, you may have your order shipped to a U.S. package forwarder that ships to your desired country. For example, Usgobuy.com is a parcel forwarding company that ships to over 200 countries.
Returns
Due to the nature of liquidation business, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with an order due to a mistake on our part, we will resolve the problem on a case by case basis.
